FAQ

Common questions

Yes — a valid Indian driving licence is required. You must be at least 21 years old and have held the licence for at least 1 year.
No. Fuel is not included — you'll receive the car with a full tank and are expected to return it the same way (or we'll adjust accordingly).
All our cars come with comprehensive insurance. In case of any accident or breakdown, call us immediately at +91 78922 17978 and we'll guide you through the process.
Yes — you can drive anywhere in Karnataka. For interstate travel, please inform us in advance so we can prepare the necessary documents.
You can cancel from your bookings dashboard. Cancellation policy depends on how close to the pickup date you cancel — contact us for details.
A valid driving licence and a government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, or PAN card) are required at pickup.
